I guess their limitations on stolen technology and poor reverse engineering isn't working so well. The source of their technology anyway sure wasn't the best either. I guess maybe they are discovering that Navel carrier operations and aircraft aren't a simple matter. Countries like US, UK for example have been it it a long time and perfected it. Russia isn't going to help them either or at least that's how it appears presently .

Who flys SAR when they can’t launch/recover helicopters either?
