Since there was no breathalyzer done, the Blue Angel member stated it was some bad concrete, the Command Master Chief reported the incident the next day, the SP's let him go, what exactly are they going to charge him with?

PO1 Tony Holland I Heard, There does appear to be some debate on to whether He was drinking and driving that ATM.
