So Mr. Trump is following the same policy as Obama.

MSgt (Join to see) - Nope. I've never been a die-hard, no-questions asked, supporter of any President.

LTC (Join to see) - I absolutely think they should talk to the folks who knew what might be going on at the time. You say you've only seen the purchase of Facebook Ads - which make it sound like you haven't read the indictment against the 12 Russians. You should, it's pretty damning and has a lot of evidence in the indictment. It absolutely IS criminal.

I'm all about consistency of standards - and not once have I defended something on the left that I took umbrage with on the right. We can't and shouldn't use bad behavior of others to justify current bad behavior of those in charge.

I absolutely WILL get upset when Trump does something ridiculous because I never gave a waiver to Obama or anyone else when they did the similar things.

The America that Trump wants isn't the America that I necessarily want. I don't want a s-hole, but I also don't want to be isolationist. I don't want to give up our place as the "shining light on the hill" that people can come to. I don't want to close our doors to those who need us most. I don't want to withdraw from our global partnerships and alliances for the sake of "America first." That's 20th Century thinking. We need to move forward towards more interconnected relationships around the globe. Life on Earth will be threatened and the only way to survive it will be through mutual, global cooperation. That is something we are moving away from, not towards.

MAJ Bryan Zeski I'm in agreement with a majority of your comments. I read the Rosenstein transcript of the indictment but to tell you the truth I didn't understand the allegations. I'm not a computer guy so it's over my head. I get the spearfishing stuff but then my eyes glaze over. I am not a supporter of foreign engagements. I understand trade but our military presence around the world does have a counter effect. I understand alliances but I also think the majority of the bill should be footed by them. Here is my consistency point. It is documented that while Obama was in office that his Administration (use whatever word here) interfered, meddled, collided with the opposing political party during an Israeli election. Obama was no fan of their Prime Minister. Now, it is against US law to do this. Our State Dept used 350k of tax payer money for this. Result- complete pass. No outrage. No hyperventilating MSM.

LTC (Join to see) - I'm all for cracking down on the people in charge to stay out of other peoples' business. I don't give any administration a pass on that.

And, regardless of what Obama did or didn't do, Trump is responsible for what he does and doesn't do, says and doesn't say, and those are the only things I hold against him. I'm just at a loss as to why so many people can't just admit that Trump isn't the savior of the country and the world and that he can do no wrong. Damn, if people would just take an objective look at things, maybe we wouldn't have such division and we could make the right decision next time around - whatever that may be.

Does this mean there’s no need for the four armed services anymore since Russia is no longer a threat and Putin’s met his match both in IQ and sheer force of will? Will the Space Corps take prior service? If he’s the toughest on Russia and took out the threat, we’re about to get a sudden and major dose of sequestration where we all get pink slips.....even in the pot-o-potties. Anyone on RP a Space Corps recruiter or know of one?
I could run off a few Presidents who’ve been tougher on Russia/USSR than he could ever hope to be.
Didn’t see where he said there’s no more cyber threat anymore tho.

MAJ Bryan Zeski Yes Sir! It’s going to be the worlds longest unemployment line. Bigger than any president before, and very, very huge. So huge no one will be able to comprehend its magnitude. He’ll be the toughest on the unemployed in the history of the US. Andrew Jackson has nothing on me

SSG (Anonymous); SSG Warren Swan - Man, you guys are really spacing out here. You forgot the Space Between Your Ears, the Parking Space, and the Breathing Space...all of which are available for application to by any Space Cadet. Cyber space is not a threat but inner space may be, just depends on the amount of cavity space your body holds.

SSG Warren Swan - Lol!!! As my husband said, don't ever get her started on a word play because it never ends. That was after a friend and I went on a word play for about ten minutes about a water rights seminar...and we were still going.

I think the stuff about being tough on Russia is sillier. If he was answering no or answering no, I won't answer that he has already said plenty of things that makes it seem like he does think Russia attacked us in the past or is now. Oops, I'm sorry I meant doesn't.
