"In the emails, Manafort explicitly referenced wire transfers he wanted made involving his overseas bank accounts and shell companies, and he referred to the accounts using the word "my.".....you screwed yourself on that one bud.
I'd like to know the juries instructions from the judge. He's been knee deep in the prosecutions ass the entire time, and if the defense rests, this case is done here. It's just a matter of time for the jurors. Manaforts not done being he does have another case in NY. I'm wondering if that was done so the President couldn't pardon him for a state level crime like he could now if he wanted to. It would be extremely interesting to see if Manafort gets convicted and suddenly gets a case of "I want to make a deal" to shave off some time from his sentence along with the fine he'd get. What would the President do then? What would the NY State AG do in this situation?

Agree Manafort was a sleeze but also think we need to be consistent here in that a large chunk of Political Campaign people are well into the sleeze department. We need stricter laws surrounding campaign managers and political consultants that participate in U.S. Campaigns...........don't look for either party to do that however as they like the status quo.

SPC Erich Guenther - If there is ANYONE who thinks the Dems are any better, I have George Straits oceanfront property in AZ for sale. Cheap too. ONLY reason (to me) this is being made as much a deal as it is, is due to those on both sides not liking him. The Dems on the surface HAVE to dislike him being he sent HRC packing that that had to have hurt (I'm happy with that part), and the establishment GOP being only those who are getting out are the ones taking shots at him (except Cruz who openly asked him to stump for him.....after the hell he put Trump through before). I'm sure others don't like him but cannot openly say it, and being all legislators are "professionals" they do it on the DL.
