Simple. Most of the NFL players are not white. That's it.

MSG (Join to see) - I hate that the reason is something so simple, and something that is so contrary to what this nation is capable of being, but there's just no other explanation. It's no different than the white reaction to the dinner sit-ins or the bus boycotts in the south, they don't like it because it brings attention to a real problem. So instead of addressing the problem, they attack the protest itself.

MSG (Join to see) Sad, but accurate. Not a single white player called out.

Top your post answers the question. People’s opinions do. People who believe this is about us, disrespect to the flag, see ‘entitled’ players rather than folks who have mostly come from the bottom to the top speaking their minds on injustices many have personally witnessed. These players shouldn’t be allowed to express themselves at ‘work’. When you’re training five days a week, followed by a game, when is the ‘right’ time for it? I remember Chris Long vocally supporting the protests. No one drug his name through the mud. Just this week, Aaron Rodgers said he supported the protests and even he acknowledged that the narrative given as to why these players are protesting is false. Rodgers name will not be attacked at all. If justice is truly blind and everyone is on equal footing with it, then as people are charged with crimes and sentenced to whatever, bad cops would also be arrested, convicted, and sentenced when they do wrong. Most cases they aren’t even when the evidence clearly shows them in the wrong. Keep kneeling fellas. I’m watching and support what you’re trying to show...just don’t make it out to where all cops are murderous fools. They’re not.
BTW one person who is pushing the narrative is the same person who ruined the USFL decades ago, and when the Bills came up for sale, was told ‘Hells Naw’ to him becoming the owner of that franchise. The owners that were called SOBs were the same ones who didn’t allow that purchase to go through. Now that person is in charge and still butthurt he wasn’t picked first at kickball.
