Neither of them should be in office, SPC Michael Dillon. However, Cuomo is the incumbent, and he’ll remain so.

They are both well below what I think should be the expectation of a public servant yet this seems to be what NY voters want. So let them have it with no Federal bailouts of the state or the city.
