Hmm . .. no suggestion of there being a question of shared responsibility associated with over-prescribing pharmaceutical opioids that left those addicted up a creek with no paddle - with easily easily available street drugs manufactured by pharmaceutical companies . . .
Perhaps their profits from providing those are covers the claims. (Really huge problem in NM - especially in small rural towns.)
