The problem with fact checkers are they are usually biased themselves. I wont go through the entire list but here is one example of a study that challenges the current state data on the number of illegals in this country.
The AP didn't mention this study at all. Do you think they are unaware of it or it did not support their view so they omitted it? If they are unaware of it then they are a rotten news organization. I tend to lean toward "it didn't support their view" so they discarded it and ran a biased fact check.
