Some forget where they came from. Others see rank as an opportunity to right the wrongs done onto them. Staying humble and realizing that the Army is a temporary station in life should ground people.

That's exactly the type of supervisor I strive to be on the daily! I have taken all the characteristics of previous supervisors that I have had and try to emulate them as much as possible, while being my most authentic self. Gratitude goes a long way as well!
