Don't let facts get in the way. From Peter Mirijanian, the spokesperson for Trump's ethics lawyer Abbe Lowell, "To address misinformation being peddled about Ms. Trump’s personal email, she did not create a private server in her house or office, there was never classified information transmitted, the account was never transferred or housed at Trump Organization, no emails were ever deleted, and the emails have been retained in the official account in conformity with records preservation laws and rules," Mirijanian said."

Capt Gregory Prickett no, I didn't say it was unimportant. It is important but I'm saying that nobody died over it like with Hillary Clinton.

MSG Stan Hutchison some may have died, some may have been put in prison, so I may have been fired and some may have been demoted due to the Wikileaks breach of Hillary Clinton period when you have corrupt governments no includes working for Department of State to try to make things less corrupt, people get punished.

LTC (Join to see) - Well, you can believe it or not. I don't without evidence. I deal with facts, not allegations and rumors.

You can allege there were people killed but without proof, it is nothing more than scuttlebutt. At least tell us where,,, or who,, or when,,, something to substantiated your story.

LTC (Join to see) - you don't know what damage was done by either Hillary or Ivanka. Both set up and used private email servers. Both denied that classified information was transmitted. Both had their private attorneys "vouch" for the so-called substantial compliance with record-keeping rules. Both initially stated that no emails were deleted.

Do you want me to go on?

If she has violated any law I would trust that she will be treated accordingly, just like they did with Hillary

Capt Gregory Prickett - That depends on the content of the Emails. It was made clear in the audio that these were emails that only violated the Public Record Keeping Act. Which is very broad and covers such mundane items as what are you planning to do when you get home tonight?

SPC Erich Guenther - no, it doesn't cover the mundane, non-governmental business items. It covers the government business items, which she admitted she violated, because <gasp> no one told her.

Capt Gregory Prickett - If your a member of the First Family, where you go and what you do with another member of government is a government business item.

SPC Erich Guenther - It's also government business if you are a White House employee (like Ivanka) who has to file ethics forms (like Ivanka). First family members that are not employees don't have to do that.

But wait! HRC was a government employee. Ivanka is just a non-paid goverment employee and an advisor to POTUS! That doesn’t count! ;-)
