I could be wrong, but since the case is NRA vs The State of New York, it would have to go through the New York State Appeals Courts, then the New York Supreme Court, then have it end up in the US 2nd District Court of Appeals? I don't think any party, if they lost, would be able to go Judge shopping in the US 9th Circus Court of Appeals. This is hurting my brain.
