I hope this applies to game and fish management as well. I know people who were caught poaching...I know poaching is illegal...but nonetheless, their truck and weapons were seized and sold at auction along with a hefty fine and minimal jail time. Be interesting to see. I don't think it is right to take property because someone broke the law even if it was used in the execution of the crime. Jail time, hefty fines yes but taking property isn't right. IMHO.
