PO1 William "Chip" Nagel 70yo here and play games on xbox.Started playing years ago with my kids.Didn't play much and let it go for years until my youngest went to Iraq.He got me to playing C.O.D. C.O.D. went from being interesting to a "shoot-em-up"instead of planning and was continually being hacked,so i dropped it. Still play games on Xbox,but they are hunting and fishing like The Hunter:Call of the Wild and Rapala Fishing.

I love this. I can see myself in these stories. I have a feeling when I am 80, they are going to try to put me in a home, and my daughter will tell them "he isn't going to go peacefully unless he has a large UHD TV with all of these systems hooked up (as she hands them two blue plastic bins... filled with all of my consoles). Gaming is one of those passions that people either really get, or really don't get. I know a lot of people, including some in my family that don't understand that sitting down and being able to take the role of a pirate for a little while, then switch over to being a cowboy, or a ninja, or a plumber, or well, you get the idea, is therapeutic.
