Well armed citizens are able to stop these sorts of iincidents; this is the reason you don't see this happening in the Southern United States. Gun-free areas in New York and California and demoncratic controlled areas of Florida foster these shootings.

I think we do see these type events in the South. Oftentimes there is a CCL owner nearby that intervenes before law enforcement arrives.

All murders are tragic by nature. Shootings make better headlines. I will pray for the victims
