I Remember When Kansas was Tornado Central but Since I've Retired back to Kansas the Rate Seems Down Here but this is the 2nd I've Heard of in the Seattle Metro since I Retired.

I have been in Kansas for five years and yet to see a tornado. The winters seem to get milder.
