These laws have the potential to cause a lot more harm than good. There has already been one casualty reported. There will be more. "Swatting" on a much bigger scale.

This puts me in mind of the days when the Soviet Union used mental hospitals to warehouse those who were a "risk" to the Communist order...

MAJ (Join to see) - The part that concerns me is the statement that every petition has been granted. Really? Not one was without merit? I find that hard to believe unless, of course, the judge is just rubber stamping them...

CPT Jack Durish - Yep, and it is way to easy for a prosecutor to shop around for an agreeable judge. Without you having the ability to defend yourself in a court of law no way these laws will hold up under constitutional scrutiny.

MAJ (Join to see) - These laws do not have to hold up under Constitutional scrutiny, they just have to be used against people without the ability to fight in court. They are going down a similar pathway with the Biden talk about taxing firearms, only the wealthy can afford and that is just wrong.

And now these individuals will have to spend a small fortune in legal fees to have their rights restored.

A friend had a cottage down in one of them counties and decided to sell and move up closer to Gulf shores, Ala. He decided he didn’t really care who got it... He picked good weekends when his liberal neighbors
were gone and packed his trailer and moved stuff north.. when he was good and done he put the place up and had several good offers(he had a boat ramp on the canal)). 2 of the offers were very close and both from liberals... The 2d won because he could meet the bigger down payment.. my friend’s already in his new place in Ala. the other want to be buyer knew through a friend he was a gun person... He’s upset because he had come first but couldn’t put his payment on fast enough.. so he says the former owner got hot-headed when the want to be buyer asked him to wait.
So he did a red flag complaint.. He was irate.. what you mean you can’t find him.. he asked Fla. He’s moved out of Fla., not our problem anymore! We don’t care ! Have a good one ! My friend put his autos, trailer in his married daughter’s name .. He’s gonna wait ... then transfer the ownership back.. after he thinks the liberal has chilled awhile..
