In the late 1990s Harvard Law School had promoted Warren as a Native American faculty member, based on a report in The Harvard Crimson in 1996. Quote: Harvard Law School currently has only one tenured minority woman, Gottlieb Professor of Law Elizabeth Warren, who is Native American. To my knowledge Warren never set this record straight, and maybe even believes it herself.

I would have some respect for her if she said: Hey, based on the rambling of my grandparents, I believed I was Native American, it turns out I’m not, sorry. I could respect honesty like this. Sadly she has to try to stand by a bad position.

You know, I watched that meeting in it's entirety, and saw no one criticize Kavanaugh for drinking beer. They may have implied perhaps he drank to excess, but not the simple act of drinking a beer.
