I agree. I wasn't surprised when Rick Scott signed it either as he was in a heated run for a Senate seat. Anything for another vote. The current law is nothing but political pandering. I agree with the Representative that it is a violation of the US Constitution.

In my county the Sherriff put deputies in every school right after the shooting and everyone was happy. This school year the county board went against the public and started a school police department.
