Unfortunately, like most other social messages, this concentrates on the personality instead of the character ethic. It is a call to arms that will be forgotten within 3 or 4 months. Our culture, as a whole, has sloughed off the idea that we are each responsible for our actions. Instead, we opt for the shaming of whole groups without ever getting to the root cause. One of my mentors taught it to me this way:
** The Personality Ethic:
It was filled with social image consciousness, techniques and quick fixes - with social band-aids and aspirin that addressed acute problems and sometimes even appeared to solve them temporarily, but left the underlying chronic problems untouched to fester and resurface time and again.
** The Character Ethic:
The character ethic is the idea that a person advances in basis of their character. This was culturally the main idea expressed in the US up until about WWI, when popular literature began to focus more on short-cuts and easy ways to manipulate situations or to get what you want.

I will no longer spend a dollar at or with any business that engages in social justice, virtue signalling commercial enterprise. I want a product or service, not their opinion of what I need to do to be a better person.

I use the Gillette fusion pro glide and the Gillette fusion shave gel. I get a good shave and no irritation.
