German Navy returns to treating the Baltic Sea as a potential theater of war

The Deutsche Marine knows for sure that its biggest imminent threat is NOT global warming or climate change fervor but the Russian Enclave in kaliningrad and the Russian Navy. The German government is also LOL sometimes the Enemy because in the last two decades it would rather put money into carbon capture and climate change mitigation instead of putting the 2% of the gross domestic product toward NATO defense. Just a few months ago, Germany only had four operational eurofighters available for defensive even though they have 72 of those jets in their inventory.
