Mitch McConnell could fix this with a simple rule change. You can’t blame the opposition’s tactics when the ball is in your court and they are on a winning streak.

Wow! That's amazing!

You mean that with all of the legal staff that POTUS has available, they can't get his EOs and Regs and policies to comply with the law and the Constitution? I thought Trump only hired the best and the brightest?

Wait, what? He's not seeking the legal staff's advice and is just winging it on his own? Well, I'm sure that his written explanations of his policies are well thought out and reasoned. Wait, what? Many of them are by twitter? Really?
