Under Peace Plan, U.S. Military Would Exit Afghanistan Within Five Years

Leaving Afghanistan will have Al-Qaeda come back or and Isis affiliate. The central government of Afghanistan is too corrupt and they don't give any support to the outer provinces. By then, it won't matter since I will be retired.

Couldn’t read the article, but even after 17 years, I have no idea of what our mission is or how we decide it’s complete. Russia figured that out in a much shorter timeframe.

There’s no easy way for insuring security in the Middle East. Like all ethnic groups, it’s hard knowing who the bad behavior is coming from until they behave badly just like other people. You can’t fix a problem until you identify it.
