I love reading about the bond that CSAF has with the guys that rescued him. He, apparently, sends them gifts every year.

Thank you SSgt (Join to see) for making us aware of the great reunion news. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Goldfein reunited with pararescuemen who rescued him from Serbia in 1999 after his F-16 was shot down.
"Retired Chief Master Sgt. Jeremy Hardy, the PJ who led that rescue team on May 2, 1999, reunited with Goldfein at Saturday’s Spaatz Association Mid-Winter Dinner and Awards Gala in Arlington, Virginia."
