Surprising, isn't it that another military contract is crap! (Plenty of sarcasm intended)
It isn't like we have plenty of modern experience of what is needed, and the means and methods to build it, but when it comes to a government contract, it always seems like the Keystone Cops are doing things. For crying out loud, the damn thing is too noisy and needs contractors in the field to maintain it... here is an idea, off the shelf mufflers, and a stock engine from Caterpillar. There, problem solved... Okay, I will step off my soap box, for now, these stories just piss me off!
