It is amazing that individuals that have been put in a position of trust, a state supreme court, can be blind to the law and reasonable thought. They have opened a Pandoraz box that could have far reaching, unintended consequences for virtually any business that advertises their product.

If this becomes a thing victims of DUI accidents should be able to sue Ford and Coors for the crime. Pure BS, IMO.

You can sue automakers, why can’t you sue a gunmaker? Why are they excluded from any suits. They should not be above the law or liability.
