45 years after leaving high school for Navy, Lansing-area man gets diploma

That's a great story. The Dunckel's are a large family apparently with ties to agriculture in that there is a road bearing their name which is normally an indicator that there was a prominent farm along that route at some point. It was a common practice when naming rural roads in Michigan to name them after the family with the greatest presence in that area. It is good to know the government is making this opportunity available for those who followed the same path as this Veteran.
