Congress can do allot of thing you or me cannot, they can indulge in a form of insider trading that would put the average citizen in jail.

I was wondering if the article would mention the debate and discourse clause.
Technically, it is true. The irony is that a Congressman can lie about you in committee - several recent examples come to mind - but lying to Congress is a felony.
