Someone at sometimes need to remind the Armed Forces that discrimination or bigotry is unconstitutional and does carry punishment even under the UCMJ. The Don't Ask, Don't Tell politics was to force transgender and LGBT to hide their decision or face possible death, elimination from service or the Wrath. If this wasn't discriminatory practice then, Congress must redefine sexual orientation and it's application in the uniformed services. Regardless of sexual orientation, every citizen who qualifies for military service must be free under the Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Speech. Straight, Trans or Gay; how does it matter so long as the job is done, missions are completed and my personal life is unharmed.
