This was touched on yesterday in another thread about legalizing Pot for recreational use, and that being DeFacto gun control. Congress is apparently trying to do something for the medical users anyway.

I have a very negative of medical marijuana but that's just my opinion but I do think that if it's medically prescribed this is a very good bill for their 2nd amendment rights

I had a small forest fire on my property 2 years ago. Can't say for sure if it was started by a medical user or recreational user.
