I wish they would not only rule against New York City on this but also set a precedent that would discourage lawmakers in ANY state from attempting to infringe on the rights of the people. I've never understood why all that ever seems to be done is the Supreme Court rules NO, you can't do that and then the lawmakers aren't punished in any way for violating or attempting to violate our rights. Something needs to be done to seriously discourage future attacks on our rights.

I find it hilarious that not only is the NRA ,the Trump administration and the DOJ behind this but that all these pro gun states are behind it also
