Maj Kim Patterson Kim I am shocked but not too, because I expect. I have saved this document. It really needs to be addressed. Admins who decide that a patient's needs are sublimated to the "bottom-line". Diversions like these are even dangerous and I assume life-threatening. No one loved one should put up with this. And they (doctors) wonder why patients lose faith in the VA and they are 100% justified. We served this country and we have people who make decisions that have never served one day!!!
