Responding to Lt Col Charlie Brown - turn him over for military justice? What are you trying to do, make sure that he walks? The UCMJ does not apply to the National Guard unless they have been federalized. The Court-Martial would lack jurisdiction, and a first year law student could win the case. You know, meaning the killer would walk.

Correct on all counts. AL ARNG JAG wants nothing to do with this guy. Civilian court will carry this all the way to death penalty.

LTC (Join to see) - disappointed that I don't tie Christian delusions to someone who kills people? When there is no tie to the shootings and religion? Is there a reason that you're focused on this? Some feeling of guilt maybe?

Wow, did he obviously get knocked about in the process...that one by the left corner of his left eye is clearly gorgeous...I mean, the whole story is obviously horrible, of course, it's just merely an observation, given the photo, that's all I'm saying....as I'd said, horrible story, certainly....
