I really think he has a lot to hide. For someone “so wealthy” he borrows up to half a billion dollars from one bank.

Trump relied on Deutsche Bank because he had too many bankruptcies for other banks to consider him

Trump can't be trusted with a Charity Foundation. He was forced to shut down Trump University do to fraud. He claims to be so super rich but relishes he does not pay taxes. He has sold hundreds of millions to Russian tycoons. His corporation is in a joint real estate venture with the Chinese government. What else can he be not trusted with?

I look forward to the expert analysis of The President's tax returns on Facebook from people I know struggled with high school algebra. :)

If I were Trump and this were successful, i would order Mnuchin to release tax records of every member of Congress to the same committee. The ensuing leaks should do the work for him.

MSG Stan Hutchison - Sen Bob Menendez comes to mind. Rep Charlie Rangel. Even Bernie became a millionaire in 2017 due to his book.
That Congressman from Louisiana that had all of that cash in his freezer is the last one I can remember being removed for this reason.

1SG (Join to see) - I could not help but notice you only named Democrats. That's OK.
Now, is it a crime to make money from writing a book?
As to Menendez, he was never convicted of any wrong doing. In April 2018, Menendez was "severely admonished" by the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics in a letter. That was it.
He is not a millionaire.

MSG Stan Hutchison - Just the folks that came to mind, nothing nefarious or partisan about it.
As for Menendez, everyone knows what he did, but the people of New Jersey saw fit to keep him in office. Sounds like a parable for another situation in current events.
