Based on my experience and that of a few others, it would be worth looking into to have Montessori schools at permanent duty stations available to all military personnel there. The tab picked up for this is not near as much as training new personnel to replace highly proficient ones leaving over educational opportunities for their kids. I have seen the difference these schools make and am blown away by what the students attending Montessori schools learn.
