With conferences like this one still in existence, there is no respite for the weary. Those still residing in the two-story universe of modernity are, again, making sure we are aware of our folly. They need us to know that an emphasis upon caring for the physical needs of the poor and marginalized, will almost certainly compromise, ironically, the Good News.

Thank you, my friend and brother-in-Christ PO1 William "Chip" Nagel. The poor, the downtrodden and marginalized of the world who are considered least valuable are near and dear to the LORD. I trust HE is moving people to minister to these people in HIS perfect timing.

This curious case of always trying to pick and choose what verses to sustain anyone's arguments always amuses me. Social Justice has more in common with nazism than you could ever imagine, it's a group of wierdo's where no matter what you do, you can never give enough and you are constantly giving to "prove" your worth to the cause. And seeing as Evangelicals are more effective at providing humanitarian aid than FEMA, I'm pretty sure any argument this nerd has on why Christianity is bad unless it a-lines with his point of view can go pound sand.
