I just heard this on the radio. Wow, the prosecutor's office has got to be ticked off. Let's hope the truth is coming out. Not sure why / how this information was not disclosed earlier.

Right LTC John Shaw ! Was Gallagher being railroaded by the original prosecution, or is this just an attempt to free your brother as the witness has immunity?
