I find it amazing that so-called "Christians" get around the problem by making excuses.
I wonder if Jesus made excuses?

The difference was the the family posted above was seeking asylum, and would not have been considered an illegal.

This has been going on at our border for DECADES. Why is it all of a sudden a “test “ for Christians? I have posted about rape trees, kidnapping, people locked in trailers and left to die, people abandoned in the desert and left to die. In 2017 8 dead bodies were pulled out of an abandoned trailer along with other people.. There are so many bodies found that towns and communities along the border could not afford to properly bury them so the unidentified were given mass graves. I am not picking on Obama but just pointing out there has been a lot of misery at our border for decades, that said the Obama Administration turned children over to human traffickers. Garbage went on under Bush also. People are encouraging those assigned to protect our border to ignore the laws that are written because they do not have the will or courage to change the laws. That isn’t a solution. https://www.dallasnews.com/news/texas/2017/07/23/8-people-found-dead-30-injuredin-tractor-trailer-outside-san-antonio-walmart-police-say

Forget the fact that there are TONs of Christian groups operating out of this country going into Latin America to help where they can. My question to those criticizing the detention facilities... Are you willing to let them into your home and have you found time to volunteer in Latin America to help them out there?
