V.A. Prepares for Major Shift in Veterans’ Health Care

Good news for Veterans who wait for medical service

I got a letter from the VA about this change. I've been going to the VA in Asheville sense 1980. Back when everyone had their appointment at the same time of the morning. You went in one big area where they would put everyone's records in a stack. And there were seven Doctors in their little room. And witch ever one came out and picked up your record is the one you saw. And sometimes you would be ther from 8am till around 6pm. Things have came a long way from that. And I live around 60 miles from the VA. So it's around a 120 mile round trip for me.

Will believe it when I see it working a year from now.
