Believe me, I'd read it, and I was also jaw-droppingly indignant, as well, though, as I'd said, such stuff needs to always be properly handled by courts, it can't be done as you say, that'd only make it worse, honest, by descending to their level, that's my only thought process in saying that, you understand....
