Good morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) is titled "Jupiter Engulfed and the Milky Way." Sunset highlights a rock formation against a backdrop of the Milky Way and the planet Jupiter. This photo was taken "somewhere" in the Persian Gulf region. For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, look to the southeast just after sunset for the brightest object in the sky (that's Jupiter). Saturn should be below/behind Jupiter and to the left.
