MG Courtney Carr, the Adjutant General of “the Indiana National Guard resigned Monday after a lawsuit was filed earlier this month accusing him and other Guard officials of retaliating against a subordinate for reporting their alleged sexual affairs to investigators.”

LTC Stephen C. Why is it we only hear of senior commanders resigning rather than undergoing an investigation?
The Army Times formerly published the results of court martial.
I have not noticed them for a while. It was always amusing to see officers caught up in the details of sordid life changing events.

As I read the article, CSM Charles Hayden, I saw where MG Carr had resigned as AG and retired. However, I think the civil lawsuit will continue despite his resignation and retirement from the military.
The lawsuit doesn’t really answer your question, but I think the good general may be all jammed up. We’ll see!
