Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Being armed (Bearing arms; furnished with means of offense and defense: as, an armed force or ship; “the armed rhinoceros,”) is not boding well to meet the definition of peaceably assembled.

At the end of the day, they have a right to demonstrate no matter how vile their views are. The supreme court upheld that decision multiple times in Brandenburg v. Ohio, Virginia v. Black, and Capitol Square Review Board v. Pinette. If we can't guarantee the rights of losers like the NSM and KKK, then the rest of us are only one justification away from having our rights taken next.

A1C Doug Towsley - The point that I'm making is. Antifa created a lot of damage in a lot of cities before the Prayer Group or the Proud Boys really started to met Antifa in the streets. That is where the trouble started in many cities across the country.

A1C Doug Towsley - Antifa fire bombing Federal buildings. Antifa putting countless people in hospitals. Your the one that keeps referencing one city. I'm referencing across the country.
