My ex girlfriend from my high school days was from Japan and from my relationship with her learned much and this kind of sums up Japanese social philosophy pretty well.

Even I as a kid have always had a fascination about the Japanese Culture and still just scratching look at it close when I did a foreign exchange for the summer it was an awesome and strange experience.

Most all Asian cultures are respectfully fascinating. I live close to the Waka Matsu historical park. Where the first Japanese settlement was in the US. Such history and beauty behind the whole story.

Not sure how I missed this when stationed at Mather AFB especially since we used to drive up to El Dorado all the time to go to our favorite rib place. Young and other things on our minds I guess.
