We have a very applicable tag for this - "Blogging".
I thought Phoenix lost credibility years ago for shamming Soldiers. Startup Institute looks nice. I'd suggest checking out ONet and COOL.army.mil.

I hadn't seen that information. Their tool is useful, but I'd hate to think that people thought I was endorsing their education. Thanks for the heads up. I'll look at those other tools instead.
