I have a thought on this post 2LT Michael Beggs,it was conveyed to us in AIT by our platoon sergeant,SFC Aubrey Smith goes something like this "They can kill you but they can't eat you,you are too goddamn tough" sounds silly I know, but for some strange reason it always brings a smile to my face and the knowledge we are all tougher than we think!

Confidence comes from high skill and experience. Usually what what you connor have you have the "need" for more confidence. instead be thinking of and looking for ways to practice courage. Because in order to get higher levels of confidence, you first need more courage.
