PO1 William "Chip" Nagel Black Lives Matter may have started with the altruistic ideal of bringing attention to a perceived injustice, but it has devolved into a hate group. It has become like the pro life folks who blow up abortion clinics to save lives. Killing to prove a point makes the oppressed as bad as the oppressor. Dallas was not about Black, blue, white, green, or any other lives matter. Dallas was an asshole who wanted to kill, and used whatever political movement he needed to justify it. I am glad that the black Dallas police chief said we are going to blow his ass up with a bomb to keep any other lives of any color creed or stance safe.
As for Fox news, they are the right wing MSNBC is the left wing, CNN is the tail feathers, The chicken is dead.

SSG (Join to see) - Wow. I thought the function of the FBI was to investigate domestic crimes, not perpetrate them. So by that reasoning, it may be that what is needed is time and distance before it is laid bare what the true effect of BLM is on society. Though when you have people who are claiming an affiliation to BLM and suggesting that gangs attack police officers, specifically white police officers, that is not a good way to win friends and influence people. As for the name being racist, it is not so much that it is racist, more that it is limiting. Sending a message that one groups lives matter, implies that other lives either are less important, or that the group in question is being targeted. Statistics show that the latter is not true. I really believe that most of this would go away if the media covered every police involved shooting in the same manner. Reality is that it is better ratings to have a story that incites people to anger than a story that is simply factual, without the political or social commentary.
