The Phoenix Ghost drones that we are sending them require a low level of skill and are one time use Kamikaze drones, similar to the switchblades. They were designed specifically with Ukraine in mind and something we built for them.

As far as jets, we have approved training Ukrainian pilots on US planes.

I suppose there is always a possibility that some of this will end up on the black market. However, due to the nature of the fight it is unlikely that will happen much from the Ukraine government. Captured equipment, that could easily end up on the black market or reverse engineered in Russia.
