Lupron, Leuprorelin, was just given to prostate cancer (et. al.; breast cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids) patients and is also used for chemical castration for repeat sexual offenders. The drug has been linked to some deaths.

Now, some "doctors" are prescribing it as a puberty blocker for trans-confused children. In my opinion, giving this drug to block the puberty of a minor child is a human rights violation. Confusion is normal while going through puberty, because a child's mind hasn't fully developed and they do not have the mental capacity to understand the consequences of being given a drug that could chemically castrate them, possibly permanently.
