Well, my mentor was invited to Scotland a couple of years ago and they had a tasting for some whiskey and he said it was the best he ever had. I reminded him that would be good with the local dish there. He asked me what was it and i told him Hagas, told him what it was and he said that what they had for dinner, and he stated he was drank a lot of whiskey.
