Really? I work for a Private Company and I have some of the best health benefits outside of Congress, additionally, I have a pension in addition to my 401k. Don't judge a whole segment of the economy based on one bad actor. Bill Gates once stated that people in IT over the age of 35 are worthless........does that mean that IBM and other software firms held that same view? BTW, this is the main reason Trump does not like Bezos, he is really an azz to his employees and to the government. He is ripping off the USPS on postal charges AND he is threatening trucking companies with the threat Amazon will start its own trucking company. Fed Ex and UPS already told him to take a hike based on his premium service demands at a low ball price. Where is Congress and it's oversight on Amazon given it's Oligarch powers to intimidate large organizations? Why can't Amazon workers unionize and go on strike for better pay and benefits? Congress is failing us here. It doesn't mean we need more big government as part of the solution, if you think we do, ask yourself how we are doing with the Social Securty Trust Fund which should be a much higher priority over any Health Care issue as it impacts far more retirees. Congress needs to get off it's arse and start fixing what is broke and that doesn't mean a Federal takeover of everything. It means doing their oversight job and managing what is already in their scope of work.

SSG Robert Mark Odom - That is the choice of Congress and not necessarily the people that elected Congress. Congress fails the people when it does not priortize what it works on based on need of those that elected them. Congress for example sat on it's azz the entire 8 years while the Economy stagnated under Obama. They criticized Trump for increasing Economic growth. Congress has no problem giving itself pay raises but when it comes to increasing my real wages year over year forget it, they will always increase taxes though. When was the last time you ever heard of Congress executing a legislative package to address lifting people's incomes? vs income taxes?
